We accept returns on guitar straps within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a full refund
